We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketer to oversee and enhance our clients' overall digital presence, with a strong emphasis on social media performance and paid campaigns. This role involves developing engaging content, managing ad campaigns, collaborating with clients, and leading a talented team. The ideal candidate will also work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive content that aligns with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Presence Management:
Manage and oversee all social media accounts for multiple brands, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media posts, fostering engagement and community growth.
Strategy & Content Creation:
Develop and implement content strategies that align with each brand’s voice and digital marketing goals.
Regularly assess content performance, using insights to improve overall digital reach and engagement.
Continuously brainstorm and implement new ideas to keep content fresh and relevant across all digital channels.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to drive innovation in digital campaigns.
Client & Team Leadership:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding and translating their needs into comprehensive digital strategies.
Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to meet evolving client objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of social media coordinators, content creators, and designers.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Use data to refine ad performance, ensuring optimal Return on Investment (ROI) and brand alignment.
Collaboration with Design Team:
Coordinate with the design team to ensure content aligns visually and strategically with brand guidelines.
Provide feedback and direction to designers to create graphics and videos that resonate with target audiences.
Requirements:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Hands-on experience with paid ad campaign management, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and social media trends to maximize organic reach and engagement.
Strong content creation skills, including writing and editing for various digital formats (posts, articles, video scripts).
Capable of multitasking and managing pressure, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Salary Package:
· Salary: Rs. 50,000 per month
· Salary During Probation: 30,000
· Probation Period: Two months
· Experience is Mandatory: 1 Year
Note: The salary mentioned is intended for candidates with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
