Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Facebook Ads & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital team.
You’ll be responsible for running high-converting ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to generate leads and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns
• Run A/B testing and optimize for conversions (CPL, ROAS, etc.)
• Setup Facebook Pixel & Conversion API
• Create lead generation forms and retargeting audiences
• Analyze campaign performance and create weekly reports
• Collaborate with graphic design and content team
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
• Deep understanding of audience targeting and custom audiences
• Basic knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and analytics
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Canva or ad creative understanding (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
