<Responsibilities>

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels through conversion optimization techniques to enhance lead generation and sales performance.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital channels that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Oversee content management systems such as WordPress to update website content efficiently while maintaining SEO best practices.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance marketing platforms to monitor campaign effectiveness, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation that captures audience attention.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads through targeted email campaigns and personalized messaging.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, social media management, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies like JavaScript or SQL for advanced data analysis when needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints while supporting B2B marketing initiatives.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Google AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Skilled in website management using WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to produce compelling visual content is highly desirable.
  • Excellent copywriting abilities for creating engaging blog posts, ad copy, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Knowledge of keyword research techniques and SEO best practices to boost organic visibility.
  • Experience with conversion optimization strategies to improve user engagement and lead generation efforts.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales is advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools to interpret data insights effectively.
