Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving online engagement and conversions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and technical expertise to enhance our online presence and achieve our marketing goals.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, enhancing organic search rankings.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize Google Ads and Facebook Advertising to create targeted ad campaigns that maximize ROI.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to inform data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging blog posts, articles, and other digital content that aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and communicate with customers.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth in e-commerce and B2B marketing.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and enhancements as needed.
  • Create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop for digital campaigns.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for effective keyword research and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of social media management strategies across various platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress for website updates.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and automation processes.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visuals.
  • Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
