We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our coaching team.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Funnels

• Create and manage digital campaigns that bring in qualified leads for our programs and events.
• Build high-converting funnels that take fans from interest to enrollment.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ROI and CPL targets.

Paid Ads & Campaigns

• Run and optimize ads across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop creative ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that convert.
• Manage budgets and report on performance.

Social & Content Marketing

• Collaborate with the creative team on social media campaigns that boost visibility and engagement.
• Launch remarketing campaigns to re-engage website visitors and past leads.
• Use A/B testing and analytics to improve every campaign.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools to track performance.
• Deliver weekly reports with actionable insights.
• Refine targeting and strategy based on real-time data.

You Bring

✅ 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in sports or education

✅ Proven success in lead generation and funnel optimization

✅ Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email automation (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp)

✅ Strong analytical mindset with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio experience

✅ A creative, growth-focused approach — you love testing, learning, and improving

✅ Fluent English; passion for football is a big plus ⚽
