<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and content management systems.
  • Optimize website content using SEO tools and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising, focusing on performance marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Create engaging content tailored for diverse channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages, utilizing copywriting skills and graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct detailed analytics using Google Analytics, SEM tools, and other analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key metrics.
  • Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads through personalized email marketing campaigns and other automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, social media management tools, and emerging technologies such as JavaScript or SQL that can enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage content updates within WordPress or other content management systems (CMS), ensuring website content remains fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience through performance marketing tactics, and analyzing sales data for continuous improvement.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Skilled in content creation with a solid grasp of copywriting principles; ability to produce compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus for technical optimizations.
  • Ability to analyze data using SQL or other analytics tools to derive actionable insights for campaign refinement.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies for boosting online sales through targeted digital initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear messages tailored to diverse audiences across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn (B2B marketing), Instagram, or Twitter.

Pay: $42,497.83 - $66,836.10 per year
