Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to develop and implement online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales in the tiles industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation, with a strong understanding of the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote tiles, sanitaryware, and allied products.
  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track and optimize digital marketing performance to achieve ROI-driven results.

2. SEO & Website Management

  • Improve website rankings through SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).
  • Manage and update the company website with the latest tile collections, blogs, and promotions.
  • Implement lead-generation strategies through landing pages, forms, and chatbots.

3. Social Media Marketing

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Run paid and organic campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor trends in the tile and interior design industry to create relevant content.

4. Content Marketing

  • Develop high-quality content, including blogs, product descriptions, case studies, and videos.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
  • Work with designers to create visually appealing posts and ads.

5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting architects, builders, and customers.
  • Utilize WhatsApp marketing for promotions, catalogs, and customer engagement.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Any years of experience in digital marketing .
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Content Marketing.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategy adjustments.
  • Excellent communication and creativity skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Understanding of tile trends, interior design, and customer preferences.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.
