We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer who has strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, analytical, and capable of leading successful digital campaigns that drive growth, leads, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization of campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Manage social media pages, content strategies, and engagement activities.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights.
- Develop digital marketing strategies across multiple channels — Meta, Google, SEO, and email (preferred).
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
- Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Certification in Facebook Blueprint or related digital marketing courses is an added advantage.
