Job Description

Summary/Objective:

The Digital Marketing Project Specialist is a key member of the strategic and creative marketing team. This role collaborates closely with the Certification, Operations, and Business Development teams to scale a measurable, high-impact content strategy targeting both prospects and customers. The Specialist oversees content production, publication, and performance across our WordPress website and social media channels.

Essential Functions

  • Manage the content production calendar as defined by the Editorial Board; provide project progress updates and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Plan and design layouts for newsletters, news items, LinkedIn posts, and global or local marketing campaigns.
  • Publish and update content on our websites using WordPress.
  • Build and maintain an SEO-friendly optimization framework that improves content quality, discoverability, and performance.
  • Style and format content to ensure a positive and engaging front-end user experience.
  • Perform front-end WordPress development tasks as needed.
  • Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators for the website, Odoo/Mailchimp, and social media channels.
  • Track and communicate the impact of content marketing on cross-departmental performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging that positions the organization as a market leader.

Who You Are

Job Specific Competencies:

  • Strong technical expertise with WordPress

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.

  • Solid understanding of core SEO principles and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Yoast, Hotjar…).

  • Experience developing email content within automation platforms such as Mailchimp or Odoo.

  • Hands-on, self-driven marketer with excellent project management abilities.

  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented with strong quality-control habits

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of and ability to leverage social media to promote B2B services.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
