We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Campaigns, and WordPress landing page creation, with a strong understanding of education-sector marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns for high-intent traffic.
- Set up and handle YouTube Ads including in-stream, discovery, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Landing Page & Website Management
- Create and manage high-converting WordPress landing pages for webinars, batches, and courses.
- Optimize pages for mobile, speed, SEO, and improved user experience.
- Track performance using Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and heatmap tools.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Execute performance-driven strategies to maximize student inquiries.
- Build remarketing funnels for warm and cold audiences.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Content & Brand Marketing Support
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, thumbnails, and videos.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Google).
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing (education sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, or other page builders.
- Understanding of basic SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
