Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online growth initiatives. You will leverage data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and optimize conversion funnels across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance metrics
- Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI
2. SEO & Content Strategy
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page/technical SEO best practices
- Optimize website content and metadata to improve organic search rankings
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly blogs and articles
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, engagement metrics) using Google Analytics and other tools
- Generate actionable insights from campaign data to refine marketing strategies
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders
4. Emerging Trends
- Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., AI-driven marketing, voice search optimization)
- Test new platforms/tools to expand digital reach
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz)
- Web analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page optimizations
- Experience with email marketing automation (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
