Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can create engaging content, manage our social media presence, and run growth campaigns that bring high-quality views, engagement, and enquiries. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and understands how to turn content into conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create short videos, reels, posts, carousels, blogs, and infographics tailored for SMEs and B2B audiences.
- Script, record, edit, and publish high-quality digital content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to convert product features into easily consumable marketing content.
Social Media Management
- Plan and maintain daily/weekly content calendars.
- Grow followers, engagement, and reach across all channels.
- Manage comments, replies, DMs, and community engagement.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Run paid campaigns across Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (preferred, not mandatory).
- Monitor campaign performance daily; optimize creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages.
- Track KPIs such as reach, CTR, CPC, engagement, enquiries, conversions, and ROI.
Lead Generation & Conversions
- Drive consistent inbound enquiries from social media.
- Create and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and CTAs.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure qualified leads flow into CRM.
Branding & Strategy
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual style, and messaging.
- Conduct competitive research and identify new content opportunities.
- Support ongoing brand campaigns, webinars, events, and product launches.
Skills & Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in social media content creation (reels, shorts, graphics, etc.)
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to create content independently using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and keyword-optimized content writing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a bonus).
Good-to-Have
- Experience with B2B or SME-focused brands.
- Experience in performance marketing (Facebook/Google Ads).
- Understanding of CRM tools & marketing automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media content creation.
- Freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
