Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage and grow presence on social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Develop engaging content strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track user engagement and campaign performance.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, optimization, and discovery for paid and organic search campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality creative and ad copy.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify new digital opportunities and strategies to increase customer engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Google Analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter/X Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google and social media platforms.
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification preferred.
  • Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
