We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our company’s digital presence, lead generation campaigns, and social media activities. You will work closely with our in-house video editor/creative designer to execute effective marketing strategies, generate high-quality leads, and improve brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
  • Run and optimise Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Continuous A/B testing to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Implement remarketing and lookalike strategies.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets accordingly.

2. Lead Management & Analytics

  • Track leads, conversions, and ROI using Google Analytics & Meta dashboard.
  • Set up UTM tracking, events, and basic automation.
  • Work with sales team to assess lead quality and refine targeting.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

3. Social Media Management

  • Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram & Facebook.
  • Coordinate with in-house video editor to produce:
  • Reels
  • Ad creatives
  • Carousels
  • Project updates
  • Write captions, hashtags, and publish posts consistently.
  • Respond to comments & messages (basic level).

4. Website & Landing Page Management

  • Update landing pages with new creatives, offers, project photos.
  • Improve on-page SEO basics (titles, descriptions, keywords).
  • Ensure tracking tools (Pixel, GA4) are working correctly.

5. Competitor & Market Research

  • Monitor competitors’ ads, creatives, trends.
  • Suggest creative ideas and new campaign strategies.
  • Analyse performance industry benchmarks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
