Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with proven skills in poster design to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Design eye-catching posters and graphics for social media and promotional campaigns
• Create and optimize content for social media, email marketing, and websites
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid advertising ROI
• Develop email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong poster design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• UI/UX design skills
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with analytical abilities

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
