Job Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
- Manage audience targeting, bidding, campaign budgets, and performance optimization
- Track performance indicators like CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage daily content planning, posting, and audience engagement
- Monitor and optimize social media performance for improved reach and engagement
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO activities
- Improve website traffic, ranking, and search visibility
- Collaborate with content and tech teams to implement SEO best practices
- Lead Management & Revenue Generation:
Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Analyze data and derive actionable insight.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of real-time experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, and paid advertisements
- Experience working in Construction, Real Estate, Architecture, or Sales Management Industries (Preferred)
- Proven experience in lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
