WisdmLabs is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Acquisition & Growth) for the Edwiser team, a key player in the global EdTech market dedicated to improving the e-learning experience for Moodle™ and WordPress users. Our suite of powerful plugins and themes, such as Edwiser Bridge and Edwiser RemUI, enables educators, institutions, and entrepreneurs to easily build, manage, and sell online courses. Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to own, manage, and optimize our paid acquisition channels and non-organic marketing efforts. With at least 3 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and influencer networks.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating qualified leads (MQLs) and driving sales (ROAS) in a B2B or B2C SaaS/tech environment. You are an expert in the tools of the trade, highly analytical, and excited by the challenge of marketing niche technical products to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Search (PPC): Develop, launch, and meticulously manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bids, and optimize landing pages to drive conversions for our plugin ecosystem.
- Paid Social: Design and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads. Focus on precise audience targeting to reach Moodle administrators, WordPress developers, and e-learning decision-makers.
- Cold Lead Generation: Proactively build and manage outbound marketing funnels. Utilize tools and strategies to identify and engage potential high-value clients (universities, corporate training departments) who are not yet aware of our solutions.
- Influencer & Partner Marketing: Identify, build relationships with, and manage campaigns with key influencers, bloggers, and community leaders within the Moodle, WordPress, and EdTech communities.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Oversee and grow our organic social media presence. Engage with our community, share valuable content, and build Edwiser's brand authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Use data to provide actionable insights, A/B test hypotheses, and optimize budgets for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and a low cost per acquisition (CPA).
