We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO optimization to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic, improve brand visibility, and generate leads across various digital platforms – with a strong focus on SEO tailored to the UAE market.

Job Responsibilities:

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.
  • Optimize website pages, meta titles, descriptions, and on-page elements for SEO.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities including backlinks, directory submissions, and local listings.
  • Track website performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Optimize content for targeted keywords and monitor competitor SEO strategies.
  • Work with developers and content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all pages.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies for better ROI.
  • Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to create promotional banners, posts, and videos.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

3. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate post scheduling.
  • Run paid social media campaigns to increase engagement and lead generation.
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and present monthly reports on website traffic, conversions, and ad performance.
  • Measure KPIs and track ROI for all marketing channels.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for reporting and insights.

5. Other Key Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Suggest improvements for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and paid advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
