Hiring: Digital Marketer (AI Skills)

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (based on experience)

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketer with experience in digital marketing and practical knowledge of AI tools. Video shooting and editing skills are a strong added value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms

• Create engaging content (posts, ads, short-form videos) using AI tools

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Shoot and edit videos when required (strong added value)

• Write marketing and ad copy using AI tools such as Chat GPT

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize accordingly

• Coordinate with management and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing

• Solid knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads / Google Ads)

• Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing

• Strong communication and content-writing skills

• Organized, responsible, and results-oriented

• Arabic speakers are preferred

Added Value (Nice to Have):

• Video shooting and editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short videos)

• Experience in real estate or service-based industries

• Experience with tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe

• Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools
