We are a locally owned hospitality group operating multiple successful restaurants and a boutique hotel. We’re passionate about exceptional guest experiences, strong community presence, and continuing to grow our brand visibility. We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our online marketing, SEO, content strategy, and analytics efforts.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate measurable growth across all digital channels. This role requires a strong blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a focus on SEO, paid advertising, social media management, email marketing, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for multiple restaurant brands and the hotel.
● Plan, create, and schedule campaigns across social media, email, website, and other platforms.
● Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive traffic and bookings.
SEO & Website Management
● Improve website ranking and visibility through on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
● Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
● Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and content improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including website performance, ad ROI, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
● Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
● Identify trends and insights to refine marketing strategies.
Content Creation & Brand Management
● Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
● Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across all digital channels.
● Capture or coordinate photo/video content to support marketing initiatives.
Community & Reputation Management
● Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.).
● Engage with followers and maintain strong online community presence.
● Support in managing influencer partnerships and local collaborations.
Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, food service, or consumer brands.
● Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.
● Proficiency with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and basic CMS platforms.
● Excellent writing, content creation, and communication skills.
● Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously.
● Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
● Experience with hospitality platforms (OpenTable, Resy, booking engines).
● Graphic design or basic video editing skills.
● Familiarity with local marketing and community engagement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
