Position Overview
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is both analytical and creative, capable of developing, optimizing, and reporting on integrated marketing strategies that drive growth for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, loves problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and other performance channels.
- Assist in developing multi-channel marketing strategies for ecommerce and lead-generation clients.
- Manage ad copywriting, audience building, bid strategy, and A/B testing.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and identify actionable insights.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in Agency Analytics
- Report results to clients with clarity, context, and recommendations.
SEO & Content Support
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with the content and development teams to improve organic search visibility.
- Assist with content planning and strategic messaging development.
Client Collaboration
- Participate in client strategy meetings and status calls.
- Clearly communicate marketing rationale, performance results, and next steps.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure integrated execution.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with platform changes, new digital trends, and emerging tools.
- Make proactive recommendations to improve client marketing performance.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or ecommerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Bonus skills (not required but helpful):
- WordPress or WooCommerce experience
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Graphic design or creative asset editing
- Marketing automation workflows
- AI experience
Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Google Analytics 4
- Looker Studio or other reporting tools
- Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
