We are looking for candidates having experiance in Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns for health, motor, life & corporate insurance products.
- Run targeted lead-generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize for conversion, and control CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage official social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Develop monthly content calendars focused on insurance awareness, product benefits, claims assistance, etc.
- Boost brand visibility and community engagement through regular posts, reels, creatives & stories.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
- Improve website ranking through on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Track organic traffic, keyword performance, and landing page conversions.
- Coordinate with developers for website enhancements & insurance product pages.
4. Content Creation & Coordination
- Create or coordinate blogs, articles, videos, infographics & educational content related to insurance.
- Ensure all digital content complies with IRDAI guidelines and company brand standards.
5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns for policy renewals, reminders, insurance tips, offers, etc.
- Implement marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) for drip campaigns.
6. Data & Performance Analysis
- Track campaign metrics: impressions, clicks, leads, CPL, ROI, conversions.
- Generate weekly and monthly dashboards using Google Analytics, CRM & ad platforms.
- Provide insights to management for decision-making.
7. Collaboration With Business Teams
- Work closely with sales, underwriting & operations teams to understand products.
- Support corporate & retail insurance campaigns with customized marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing vendors, creative agencies & freelancers when required.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Good understanding of insurance products (general, health, life, corporate broking).
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Strong communication & creative thinking ability.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) will be an advantage.
