Job Summary
Predision LLC (predision.com) is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop and execute innovative online marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and content creation, with the ability to optimize campaigns across multiple platforms. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media platforms.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS platforms to update website content regularly.
- Design engaging graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital assets and social media posts.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies to improve landing pages, user experience, and overall campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on automation strategies using marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEM, SEO, social media management, and e-commerce.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and keyword research techniques.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for organic search optimization.
- Experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and performance marketing metrics.
- Skilled in content creation including copywriting for various digital formats.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
- Expertise in social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., including social media management tools.
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes.
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and automation tools for campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other sources to inform strategy adjustments.
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles as well as e-commerce platform optimization techniques. Pay: $41,382.41 - $70,308.88 per year
