We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Professional to manage online branding, lead generation, social media, website promotions, and paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation, and performance marketing, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and product updates.
  • Respond to comments, inbox messages, and engage with the community.
  • Plan monthly social media calendars.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Optimize website pages, product pages, images, and blogs for better ranking.
  • Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
  • Build backlinks and monitor website performance via Google Search Console.

3. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)

  • Run and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
  • Run Meta/Facebook ads for lead generation and conversions.
  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and reduce cost per lead.
  • A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

4. Website & E-commerce Management

  • Update website banners, product pages, and blog content.
  • Manage WooCommerce/Shopify updates (if applicable).
  • Improve website UI/UX, speed, and user engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers/developers for technical changes.

5. Content Creation

  • Write SEO-optimized content for blogs, product descriptions, social media, and ads.
  • Create creative briefs for designers.
  • Coordinate for video content, product demos, and explainer videos.

6. Lead Generation & CRM

  • Run targeted campaigns for B2B and B2C leads.
  • Manage leads through CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Follow up with leads via email/SMS automations.

7. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Create newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Build segmented lists and run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.

8. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, ROAS, engagement).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager.
  • Submit weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (1–5+ years depending on role).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or basic graphic design (preferred).
  • Good communication and content writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing), B.Com, IT/Computer background, or relevant certification.

Preferred Industry Experience (Optional)

  • Manufacturing, CNC/laser machines, industrial equipment, electronics, automation, or e-commerce.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
