Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who has extensive experience in the construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  • Manage and optimize company presence across digital channels including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Drive lead-generation campaigns targeted at builders, architects, contractors, and property buyers.
  • Create, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Conduct market research on construction trends, competitors, and target audience behavior.
  • Oversee SEO strategies including keyword research, website optimization, and backlink building.
  • Create engaging content such as blogs, project updates, reels, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and project teams to align marketing activities.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and CRM follow-ups.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets and communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experience in the construction or real-estate sector (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C construction marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Analytics, CRM, and automation tools.
  • Experience in website management, WordPress/landing pages preferred.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology, project cycles, and customer behavior.
