Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, while providing actionable insights to improve performance. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical know-how to deliver campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns: SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
2. Develop content strategies that align with brand goals and audience needs.
3. Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality assets.
4. Analyze performance metrics and provide detailed reports to management and stakeholders.
5. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative improvements.
6. Conduct competitor research and stay updated with industry trends.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proven track record in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and SEO.

Experience with analytics and marketing automation tools.
