We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who is experienced in working with advertising or creative agencies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise across all major digital marketing channels, strong analytical abilities, and the confidence to lead projects, collaborate with creative teams, and manage client expectations effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (Social, Search, Display, Video, Email, Content, etc.).
- Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for multiple clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies.
Performance Marketing
- Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI and client goals.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Content & Social Media
- Plan and oversee content calendars, social media strategies, and brand communication.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to produce high-quality digital content.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong digital presence for clients.
SEO & Website Management
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve ranking and visibility.
- Collaborate with developers or web teams to update website elements and landing pages.
- Perform keyword research, analytics review, and website performance monitoring.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Lead discussions with clients regarding digital strategy, performance reviews, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Content) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide guidance to junior team members, freelancers, or interns as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role within an advertising/creative agency (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of all major digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email, eCommerce).
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
- Ability to create digital strategies and lead small-scale projects independently.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to take ownership.
- Basic understanding of design/creative briefing is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
