We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing through Constant Contact, paid advertising on Google Ads, and social media advertising across Meta platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing (Constant Contact)
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
- Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and optimize email workflows.
- Develop engaging copy and visuals aligned with branding guidelines.
- Analyze email performance metrics and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
- Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and/or YouTube.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
- Conduct A/B tests, refine targeting strategies, and implement bid adjustments based on performance data.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.
- Content & Social Media Support
- Assist in developing content for social media, blogs, landing pages, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs for email, paid ads, and organic marketing initiatives.
- Prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-native reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of marketing experience, including hands-on use of Constant Contact, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising best practices, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Graphic design familiarity (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
