We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing through Constant Contact, paid advertising on Google Ads, and social media advertising across Meta platforms. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing (Constant Contact)
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
  • Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and optimize email workflows.
  • Develop engaging copy and visuals aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and/or YouTube.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
  • Conduct A/B tests, refine targeting strategies, and implement bid adjustments based on performance data.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.
  • Content & Social Media Support
  • Assist in developing content for social media, blogs, landing pages, and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs for email, paid ads, and organic marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-native reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, including hands-on use of Constant Contact, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising best practices, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Graphic design familiarity (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Miami, FL 33150
