Digital Marketing Specialist

DCH Environmental Consulting provides professional environmental solutions that help organizations stay compliant, safe, and sustainable. We are growing and seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, generate leads, and support brand development.

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, improving online visibility, and generating qualified leads for environmental consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads

• Create and publish engaging content (blogs, ads, social posts, newsletters)

• Optimize website performance and track key metrics using analytics tools

• Manage company social media accounts and grow audience engagement

• Run targeted Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns

• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and keyword performance

• Collaborate with the consulting team to highlight services and case studies

• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially B2B or professional services

• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing

• Ability to design digital content (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects

• Experience in environmental, engineering, or consulting industries is a plus (not required)

Pay: $56,708.71 - $67,885.76 per year
