Job Description:

First Class Tax Relief is seeking a motivated and creative Advertising & Promotions Specialist to help expand our reach and attract new clients during and beyond tax season. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting ads across various digital platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our tax services. All ad materials, graphics, and content will be provided—your primary focus will be managing placement, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and distribute provided advertisements across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Monitor ad engagement, reach, and performance metrics

• Adjust promotional strategies to improve visibility and lead generation

• Engage with audiences professionally to increase brand trust and awareness

• Maintain consistent communication with the marketing team regarding campaign progress

• Ensure all promotions align with the company’s brand, values, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Experience with social media marketing or digital promotions preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to follow structured marketing plans

• Basic understanding of online advertising tools and analytics is a plus

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
