Key Responsibilities
Campaign Design & Execution
· Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
· Create and edit marketing collateral, including ad copy, website content, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
· Organize promotional events such as product launches, conferences, and trade shows.
Digital Strategy & Brand Management
· Create and refine the organization’s online marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity to enhance brand recognition.
· Refresh and maintain the organization’s website for optimal user experience and brand consistency.
Content Creation & Social Media
· Develop engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
· Attend events, capture photos, and create posts for social media to boost client interaction.
Analytics, SEO & Paid Advertising
· Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
· Manage Google Ads campaigns and other digital advertising platforms.
· Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Market Research & Reporting
· Conduct research on customer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
· Generate reports on campaign performance and assist in tracking and reconciling marketing budgets.
Collaboration & Vendor Relations
· Work with the Vendor Relations Manager to obtain marketing funds and utilize marketing programs effectively.
· Build relationships with sales teams and communicate campaign objectives and progress.
· Maintain marketing databases and assist with CRM software management.
