About the Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our online marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
• Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Create, monitor, and optimize SEO and SEM strategies.
• Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management.
• Experience with paid ads platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe).
• Email marketing & automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
