Digital Marketing Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive Social Media (SMM/SMO) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 3-4 year of experience who are enthusiastic about the Automation industry and digital marketing. You will be responsible for managing our websites and social media presence, creating engaging content, and increasing brand awareness across various platforms.

Manage and grow our website and social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
STRATEGY & EXECUTION:* Plan and execute SMM campaigns to drive engagement and traffic.* Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, reels, stories, infographics, etc.).* Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.* Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent branding.* Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.* Assist in SEO/SMO strategies to improve visibility and reach.* Support in executing paid social media ad campaigns.

Requirements:* Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.*

3-4 yeasr of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.* Basic knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative mindset with attention to detail.* Passion for travel and digital trends is a plus.
