Job Responsibilities

• Manage complete digital marketing for the company
• Create and run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google & YouTube
• Handle social media management, posting, engagement & growth strategies
• Create marketing campaigns for bike rental, bike repair, delivery service & recruitment
• SEO, SEM and Google Analytics (deep knowledge required)
• Manage website updates, landing pages & online lead generation
• Design promotional content, banners, reels & marketing creatives
• Track and analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports
• Build strong online brand presence across all digital channels
• Competitor analysis and strategy improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing
• Deep knowledge of all major platforms:
• Facebook Ads Manager
• Instagram Growth Tools
• TikTok Ads
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Strong graphic design & video editing skills (Canva / CapCut preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
• Ability to handle multiple brands and pages
• Creative, analytical and result-focused personality
