We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of driving brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.
2. SEO & Website Management
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
- Work with content and design teams to update website content and landing pages.
3. Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage content calendars for social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
- Increase brand engagement through posts, reels, ads, and community interaction.
4. Content Creation & Branding
- Coordinate with designers/writers to produce blogs, creatives, videos, and marketing copies.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies.
6. Email & Automation
- Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Build automation workflows for nurturing leads.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma, or Photoshop (preferred).
- Basic understanding of HTML/WordPress is a plus.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
