About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing online marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and driving lead generation for MOTM Technologies’ products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media optimization
• Create and schedule content for social media and email marketing campaigns
• Monitor website traffic and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop marketing creatives, videos, and landing pages
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest improvements
• Support the sales team with digital lead generation activities

Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Ability to create engaging posts, campaigns, and visuals
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop will be an advantage
• Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google / HubSpot / Meta) preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
