Position Overview
Overseas Admit is seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our social media presence, manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize our Google Business Profile, and lead high-performing digital lead-generation initiatives for IELTS |PTE coaching, study abroad, and immigration services.
The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and experienced in Meta & Google ads, content creation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn– posts, reels, engagement strategies)
- Create and publish 15-20 posts & 10 reels/videos monthly across all platforms.
- Design visually appealing graphics using consistent branding elements.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and strong calls-to-action.
- Develop content themes: educational tips, testimonials, FAQs, service highlights, success stories, and reels.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with peak engagement periods.
- Manage interactive features: Stories, polls, quizzes, countdowns, and Q&A sessions.
- Conduct hashtag research and maintain targeted & branded hashtag groups.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and follower interactions to strengthen community engagement.
2. Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram)
(Lead Ads, WhatsApp Ads, A/B Testing, Audience Segmentation)
- Plan, create, and optimize Lead Ads and WhatsApp Click-to-Message Ads.
- Run ads tailored separately for IELTS leads and Immigration leads.
- Use multiple ad formats:
- Reels Ads
- Carousel Ads
- Conversion/Lead Forms
- Segment audiences based on regions, age brackets, interest categories, and education levels.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, messaging, and targeting.
- Continuously monitor CPL and optimize for higher-quality leads.
3. Google Ads Management (Search + Display + Call Ads)
(Lead Generation, Keyword Optimization, ROI Tracking)
- Plan and run Google Search Ads using high-intent keywords such as:
- “IELTS Coaching Online”
- “Best Immigration Consultant”
- “Canada/UK/Australia Visa Assistance”
- Manage and optimize Call Ads and Display Ads for lead generation.
- Improve ad relevance, quality scores, and bidding efficiency.
- Track conversions and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
4. Google Business Profile (GMB) Optimization
(Reviews, Visibility, Posts, Local SEO on GMB)
- Maintain accurate business details: hours, phone, address, categories.
- Upload high-quality photos regularly (office, staff, students, events).
- Publish weekly/bi-weekly posts to promote updates, offers, and events.
- Optimize GMB descriptions and service listings with relevant keywords.
- Manage customer review responses—encourage positive reviews & resolve issues promptly.
- Track GMB insights such as searches, actions, and views to improve visibility.
5. Lead Generation & Funnel Management
(Lead quality analysis, coordination, performance tracking)
- Build and manage lead funnels for IELTS, study abroad, and immigration campaigns.
- Coordinate with counselling/sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
- Track lead quality and refine targeting or messaging to improve conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on leads and funnel metrics.
6. Analytics, Reporting & Strategy Development
(Data-driven decision making)
- Track performance across campaigns: reach, CTR. CTR (Click-Through Rate), engagement, leads, CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Study industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
- Suggest strategic improvements for creative direction, ad targeting, and content planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Advertising.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Call Ads).
- Graphic design skills using Canva / Adobe tools.
- Ability to create and edit short-form videos (reels, shorts).
- Strong communication and ad copywriting skills.
- Understanding of analytics tools: Meta Insights, Google Ads Dashboard, GMB Insights.
- Familiarity with lead funnels, retargeting, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the education, consultancy, or study abroad sector.
- Google or Meta Ads Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience using CRM or WhatsApp Business Tools.
- Ability to manage lead-generation campaigns end-to-end.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in monthly qualified leads (IELTS + Immigration).
- Decrease in CPL (Cost Per Lead) from Meta & Google Ads.
- Increased engagement rate & social media follower growth.
- Improved GMB visibility, searches, and customer reviews.
- Timely delivery of content calendar, posts, and reports.
- Strong ad ROI and consistent lead quality improvement.
