What You’ll Own (Performance-Based Objectives)
In the First 30–60 Days
- Take ownership of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, website content updates, email marketing, and social media posting schedules
- Review and optimize website content (service pages, blog posts, patient resources, staff bios, technology updates)
- Begin producing multimedia content (videos, graphics, and podcasts) for patient education, social media, and newsletters
- Launch structured Google review campaigns, ensuring at least five patient requests per day to reach a 20% response rate
- Start building referral and patient engagement initiatives, coordinating with leadership and front office teams
By 90 Days
- Implement and maintain a 4-week content calendar for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and community events
- Plan, record, edit, and publish the practice podcast and video content on schedule
- Track analytics for website traffic, email engagement, social media reach, referral growth, and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Optimize marketing collateral and creative assets for print, digital, and multimedia channels, ensuring brand consistency and HIPAA compliance
- Strengthen relationships with referring providers through educational materials, events, and structured referral programs
Ongoing Impact
- Take full ownership of marketing initiatives from concept to execution, driving measurable outcomes
- Manage SEO, website content, email campaigns, and social media to engage current and prospective patients
- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and podcasts
- Design, implement, and track referral and patient engagement programs
- Strategically drive Google reviews and maintain the practice’s online reputation
- Track, analyze, and report marketing KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Continuously evaluate campaigns and marketing assets for relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, email campaigns, and social media management
- Experience in healthcare or dental marketing preferred
- Skilled with SEO tools, Google Analytics, email marketing systems, social media management, and basic multimedia editing
- HIPAA and patient privacy knowledge as it relates to marketing content
