Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires strong team-handling capabilities, campaign monitoring skills, accurate record management, and expertise in lead management and WordPress websites. The specialist will ensure smooth workflow, timely project execution, and achievement of marketing KPIs.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Ensure timely execution of all digital marketing activities as per monthly plans.

2. Team Management

  • Lead and guide the digital marketing team (designers, content writers, SEO/SMO executives).
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations.

3. Record & Task Management

  • Maintain detailed records of daily tasks, deliverables, and campaign performance.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports for management review.
  • Track deadlines and ensure workflow efficiency.

4. Lead Management

  • Monitor, track, and manage incoming leads from all digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and lead flow performance.

5. Campaign Management

  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor budget utilization, click-through rates, impressions, and conversions.
  • A/B testing for better campaign performance.

6. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities regularly.
  • Ensure website keyword ranking improvement and technical SEO health.

7. WordPress Management

  • Update website pages, banners, blogs, and landing pages using WordPress CMS.
  • Ensure website performance, security checks, plugin updates, and smooth user experience.
  • Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations.

8. Content & Social Media

  • Plan and schedule content for social media, blogs, and websites.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Oversee creative development with the design team.

9. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights for analysis.
  • Prepare performance reports on campaigns, leads, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

10. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, content, and design teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies if required for campaigns or creatives.
