Job Summary
Key Code Media is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong website development/optimization and copywriting skills. You’ll own our web presence and create clear, compelling content that translates technical services into customer-facing messaging that drives measurable pipeline.
This role also supports social media, graphic design, presentations, and video creation.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the Key Code Media website experience and performance.
- Build, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, and campaign hubs.
- Improve site structure, navigation, SEO, and conversion paths.
- Write high-quality copy for website pages, blogs, landing pages, emails, ads, social posts, and video scripts.
- Turn technical input from sales, engineering, and leadership into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Develop and execute content workflows aligned to services, vertical markets, and industry trends.
- Create and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels; monitor engagement and optimize for growth.
- Produce supporting creative assets: campaign graphics, thumbnails, light infographics, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Edit short-form video content (podcast clips, interviews, promos) as needed.
- Support integrated digital campaigns in HubSpot, including email builds, segmentation, automation, and reporting.
- Track KPIs using HubSpot and Google Analytics; deliver monthly performance summaries with recommendations.
- Support partner and community marketing efforts with organizations like SMPTE, SVG, SBE, HPA, and NAB.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web/content marketing, or B2B communications.
- Proven ownership of website development and optimization (building pages, improving UX, SEO, conversion).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with samples that show clarity for technical audiences.
- Working experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub/CRM, Wordpress, Elemenator, Social Media and Google advertising tools.
- Comfort managing multiple deadlines and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and leadership.
Preferred
- Experience in broadcast, AV, systems integration, or post-production industries.
- Familiarity with broadcast, media/production workflows, IP video, cloud production, NLEs, or MAM systems.
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Experience producing video content
- Past involvement with SMPTE, SVG, NAB, HPA, or related groups.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
