Key Responsibilities (Short & Formal)
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, Google & Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
Social Media Management
- Oversee planning, creation, and execution of content across all brand platforms.
- Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and optimize posting strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency and support audience growth.
Content Planning & Management
- Lead content planning, including editorial calendars and multimedia assets.
- Ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Campaign Development & Performance
- Develop and implement strategies to drive targeted lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Develop strategies for targeted lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and smooth handoff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
