Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday (Some Nights & Weekends)
Pay: $75,000-$85,000/year
*Depending on Experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of digital-first marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, online engagement, and local store performance. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who is skilled in leveraging AI tools, digital platforms, and performance data to optimize campaigns and content across multiple channels. Flexibility is key, as the role may include additional marketing responsibilities beyond digital initiatives, based on evolving business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or franchise environments
• Proficiency in social media strategy, digital analytics, and content management systems
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and creative production workflows
• Experience using AI tools in digital marketing is a strong plus
