Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content including Reels, Stories, Carousels, and static posts.
Research and apply trending hashtags, audio, and content formats to maximize organic reach.
Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align Instagram activity with overall brand strategy.
Monitor analytics using Instagram Insights and other tools to optimize posting schedules, content types, and audience targeting.
Engage with the community: respond to DMs and comments, and identify collaboration or influencer opportunities.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities and best practices.
Experiment with Instagram Ads and paid campaigns to supplement organic growth.
Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting growth metrics, engagement, and actionable insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Instagram growth, social media management, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content
Familiarity with Instagram analytics, social media scheduling tools, and hashtag strategy.
Creative thinking, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and community management skills.
Basic knowledge of Instagram Ads and influencer marketing is a plus.
KPIs/Success Metrics:
Growth in followers and engagement rate.
Increase in reach and impressions.
Traffic or leads generated from Instagram.
Community engagement and brand visibility.
