Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to manage online campaigns, grow brand awareness, and increase lead generation across digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience with social media, SEO, Google Ads, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Perform SEO optimization for website and content
• Create engaging content: posts, blogs, videos, graphics
• Monitor performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Collaborate with sales team to generate qualified leads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with social media management and advertising tools
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience with CRM systems
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 24-36 months

Pay: ₹12,381.74 - ₹35,127.49 per month
