What you’ll do:
- Plan, launch and optimize SEO efforts to boost organic traffic.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead-gen and conversions.
- Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions), analyse data and refine campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, design and web teams to create landing pages, ad creatives and SEO-friendly content.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements for better ROI.
What we expect:
- 3–6 years experience in digital marketing — with hands-on work in SEO and paid ads.
- Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics / GA4.
- Good communication, analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple campaigns/tasks at once.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail — able to write ad copy / content and help shape brand messaging.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing digital landscape.
