Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and increase conversions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple channels including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, utilizing a variety of industry-leading tools and platforms. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our online presence and supporting our overall marketing objectives through data-driven decision-making and creative content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies using SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization techniques to improve organic search rankings.
  • Utilize Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other platforms to create targeted paid campaigns that maximize ROI.
  • Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to enhance website performance.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage content management systems like WordPress and other CMS platforms to update website content regularly.
  • Design visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or graphic design tools to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing automation projects to streamline lead nurturing processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, B2B marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies.

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with conversion optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in social media marketing management across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords campaigns, and performance marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for website customization and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot for campaign management.
  • Ability to utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads effectively.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored to target audiences.
  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies and managing social media accounts effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for continuous improvement in digital campaigns. Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
