Digital Marketing Expert – Hospital / Healthcare

A Digital Marketing Expert in the healthcare industry is responsible for promoting hospital services, building brand awareness, and engaging patients through digital channels. The role focuses on creating effective online strategies to attract new patients, strengthen trust, and improve patient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for hospital services, doctors, and health programs.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to connect with patients and the community.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve hospital website ranking and patient inquiries.
• Run targeted Google Ads and social media ad campaigns to increase patient leads.
• Design and manage hospital newsletters, email campaigns, and health awareness promotions.
• Track and analyze patient engagement metrics through Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Coordinate with hospital management, doctors, and patient relations team to align marketing strategies with healthcare goals.
• Ensure all digital communication follows healthcare regulations and maintains patient confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitals or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Ability to design patient-focused campaigns and build trust through digital communication.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, branding, and patient engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare sector an advantage).
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Healthcare Marketing (a plus).
