We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate leads. This role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO (on-page and off-page)
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, and social media insights
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Monitor and manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews or comments where appropriate
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
- Google Ads and/or HubSpot certifications are preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
