1. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage budgets, A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.
- Monitor ROI to improve cost efficiency and lead generation performance.
2. SEO & Website Traffic Growth
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Collaborate on content strategy to improve search rankings and visibility.
- SEO experience (technical + content).
3. Website Management (WordPress or Similar CMS)
- Manage and update website content, landing pages, and plugins.
- Ensure strong website performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate updates with developers as needed.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics across Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM, and other tools.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
5. CRM & Lead Integration
- Manage CRM workflows, automations, and lead pipelines.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking and integration across marketing platforms.
- Optimize lead nurturing sequences and attribution reporting.
6. IT & Technical Support
- Provide basic desktop, software, and network support to internal teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external IT vendors when needed.
- Maintain hardware, software licenses, and technology resources.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in digital ads & performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Automotive industry experience is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of ROAS/CPL/CPA metrics.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
