Digital Marketing Specialist
A Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist is required to manage our digital marketing and advertising efforts. This role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms to enhance our brand presence, drive traffic, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across major platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, generating actionable insights to optimize results.
- Design and edit content using Canva and Adobe Premiere, ensuring visually appealing and engaging materials.
- Create, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research to inform campaign strategies and improve targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Camera Operation: Mastery of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, composition, and lighting. Experienced video shooting skills.
- Editing Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva and other tools,
- Post-Production: Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics (After Effects), and visual effects.
- Audio: Expertise in recording and editing high-quality audio.
Creative & Soft Skills
- Portfolio: A strong demo reel showcasing diverse projects, storytelling, and technical expertise.
- Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling visual narratives.
- Communication: Clear interaction with clients, directors, and teams.
- Creativity & Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking and adapting to challenges.
- Project Management: Planning, coordination, and meeting deadlines.
- Digital Savvy: Understanding social media optimization and SEO for video.
